Do you help women that are struggling with other issues besides fatigue, brain fog, poor mood, and weight gain?"

Accepted Answer

Thanks for checking. Most women that I work with have some additional issue(s) that they are hoping to address when we work together, and that is completely fine. In fact, as our physical and mental health is highly interconnected, and our root causes of illness are interconnected as well, working on fundamentals of health help to address multiple areas.  Therefore, my clients either come in with additional wellness goals, or find that issues that they were not even focused on addressing end up being addressed as well! 
 
Common issues that you can expect to improve: Immune Health, Blood pressure health, Blood Sugar health, Joint health, Heart health, Lung health, and Skin health.

Question 2

Does the 6-month program investment also include supplements and tests that I research on my own and want to try out, or only those that you suggest for me?"

Accepted Answer

Excellent question! As I am a partner with you on your wellness journey, I am happy to take into consideration any supplementation or testing that you have discovered on your own and feel may be helpful for you.  I might even incorporate them into your wellness plan! However, I make no guarantees that I will accommodate all requests, because of the following:
 
1. I may determine in my professional assessment that the product or test is not the most advantageous or efficient way to approach your wellness goals
 
2. I may determine in my professional assessment that the product or test is not the safest or most reliable approach to take
 
3. If the supplement or test is cost prohibitive, it could interfere with higher priority supplementation and testing that should ideally be done
 
4. I may not have the level of experience with the product or test to vouch for its effectiveness, best use, or how to interpret the results, and I always default to strategies that I KNOW and trust will work to get you the results that you want
 
So ultimately, I am open and happy to discuss any and all ideas that you have during our work together in your program. Just keep in mind that I have a lot of experience in the world of supplements and testing, and you have come to me because you have confidence in my expertise to help you get where you want to be.

Question 3

If I join your program when I have recently done testing elsewhere, will you take those results into consideration?"

Accepted Answer

Will I?? Absolutely!! The more information that we can gather about what is going on inside of you, the better. We will use any recent test results that you bring into the program as part of your initial evaluation, and will determine from there what additional testing should be done.
 
As a side note: You don't need to do any testing prior to joining a program. We will dive into relevant testing once you are enrolled.

What if I have allergies or other special needs regarding supplements that you suggest and provide?

Accepted Answer

I know how you feel, as I have to check for those accommodations before I start anything new also!  I will be tailoring all of your supplement suggestions to your personal needs and unique situation. That includes allergies, sensitivities, preferences for delivery method, etc. Don't worry. I have you covered, and you will be well cared for in this program.

My primary care doctor/specialist/or other practitioner wants to know everything that I am doing outside of their care. Will you help me to provide this information to them?

Accepted Answer

I love it when my clients have doctors that care!
 
Considering that your work in this program is not a doctor-patient relationship, (it is a wellness consultant - client relationship) I encourage all of my clients to continue working and cooperating with your medical providers at all times.
 
You will receive a copy of your blueprint/wellness plan when we start our work together; and will get a report of what was done, discussed, and suggested at each of our sessions. You can feel free to share this with any of your providers that want to review it.

Can my husband/boyfriend/father/brother/male loved one this is also struggling with fatigue, brain fog, mood or weight issues work with you privately?"

Accepted Answer

I am touched that you want to refer someone to my programs! Although I mainly work with women, I do sometimes make exceptions for male loved ones of my clients - but only when the fit is right. I am happy to discuss this further with you and him on a case-by-case basis.

What if my minor-aged child is also struggling with fatigue, mood issues, brain fog or weight issues? Can we work with you privately to help them?"

Accepted Answer

My heart withers for children that are not feeling like children should. Although I would definitely want you to already have worked with, or be in the process of working with your child's pediatrician to uncover any issues that need to be addressed medically, I am happy to discuss consideration of a program for your child on a case by case basis.

Question 8

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Good question! 
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your participation within 24 hours of enrolling, then you will receive a full refund. After that point, investment on my end begins in making your experience and outcomes top notch for your program. 
If you decide to cancel your participation after 24 hours have passed, you will receive a refund of your investment, minus any costs for the supplements and Welcome Kit (if already shipped) and services already provided.

If I prefer to solely work with you, without the community support, can I go through the Equipped for Energy Wellness Reset privately during my program?"

Accepted Answer

Of course! My 1-on-1 clients have the option to enjoy the virtual community gatherings of the reset, with like-minded women, or to go through the program with solely my personal guidance and support.
